The day was like every other, the pain the grief inside, my strength was running out, I could no longer hide.
The pain was immense that day, it had never been that bad, and all of a sudden, out of the blue, I didn't feel as sad.
Something happened that day, the weight became like a feather, it'll never be entirely gone though, the memories are there forever.

ShatteredDougie walked slowly along the beach, head down, dragging his feet, and trying to suppress tears.Shattered
The sun shone brightly, chards of light sparkling on the warm turquoise waters surrounding the bay, but Dougie didn’t notice, his head was too full of thoughts, thoughts about Harry.
He gazed out to the ocean, only to see the image of Harry kissing Danny reflected back at him. A sob tore from his lips, and he fell to his knees in the sand, letting the tears flow freely.

Walk In The SunI scuffed my heels in the sand as I walked along the sandy beach, keeping a watchful eye on my dog; who was playing in the shallows. She took a massive gulp of the salty water and I grimaced at the though of how disgusting sea water tasted.Walk In The Sun
“Geez Holly, you’re not supposed to drink it!” She wagged her tail at me and barked once, before zooming off in pursuit of a low-flying gull. I reached my destination; a large rock, near the tidal rock pool that today held a baby hammer-head shark.
